PROFESSIONALS

Axis Youth Hub works in partnership with many local organisations in the area, whether they are a charity or statutory organisation. We feel by working together we can deliver an holistic approach which is better for each individual young person. If you feel your organisation would benefit from working in Partnership with us please contact cbennett@wfnightstop.org.

Many organisation like CCP, Vestia and The Care Leavers Team hold weekly drop in sessions at the Axis Youth Hub. The organisations feel it is a convenient place for young people to get together, young people find it a relaxed atmosphere, friendly and more importantly a safe place to be. Building positive relationships with young people is our primary aim so that we can deliver the best support for them in their personal circumstances.  CCP's homelessness Prevention service has worked closely with Axis which has enabled young people with housing issues or at risk of homelessness to access a multitude of essential services all under one roof.  Kidderminster Jobcentre has also built up a strong relationship with Axis and together have supported under 25s who attend the jobcentre and were in crisis. The Jobcentre also offers a recruitment consultant and a work coach fortnightly at a drop in session held at Axis Youth Hub.

Axis Youth Hub welcomes any organisation to hold drop in sessions at the Youth Hub. This, we feel, is a great opportunity for Partnership working so that all organisations work positively together, gaining the best outcome for the young person as quickly as possible.

Our Partnership meetings are held every three months this is where we discuss what is happening in the local community, share information and this also gives us an opportunity to network with other agencies which work along side young people. Our next meeting is in March, if you work or are part of an organisation that feels you would benefit from being part of this meeting feel free to come along or contact cbennett@wfnightstop.org or telephone Axis Youth Hub 07484521019 or 01562 743336.
